I am licensed to provide mental health counseling in the state of Tennessee, California, and Maine. I have over 9 years of experience working with clients across the lifespan in school-based and outpatient mental health environments. I have specialized training and experience working with clients with acute trauma symptoms related to exposure to disaster, crime, or other critical incidents.

Instead, we will work together to identify your goals in all aspects of your life (personal, professional, relational, etc) and how we can help you achieve them.
